How it works

The UNI/PDR 125:2022 certification process is based on a system of indicators (KPIs) divided into six key areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR, inclusion, equal pay, and work-life balance. After the collection of company data and documents, an accredited body carries out the audit to verify compliance with the requirements. Upon passing, the company obtains the official UNI/PDR 125:2022 recognition, valid for three years with annual surveillance audits.
