The project
The work between Up2You and Stiferite opened with a strategic phase, reviewing competitors and the wider market to map the most relevant ESG topics and assess where Stiferite stands in its sector.
That groundwork meant the introductory workshop started from a solid understanding of the business. In that meeting the team was brought into alignment and the working methodology was shared, setting the stage for the materiality survey to come.
After the workshop, the project moved into full swing as stakeholders completed the materiality survey, whose data Up2You then analyzed in detail. In parallel, the Up2You team configured its proprietary software, CliMax and Choral, building out a technology setup tailored to the company's needs.
Next came data collection, which ran quickly and efficiently thanks to how intuitive the platforms are.
Finally, Up2You worked the information gathered into the GHG inventory and drafted the sustainability report. The program closed with a session dedicated to feedback and a final review of the results.
The analysis gave Stiferite a solid, practical basis for future strategic decisions and for the next steps in its journey, such as including Scope 3 in its carbon footprint calculation.
