We chose to participate because we wanted to build new habits among our employees and colleagues, and we felt this project was the best way to meet that need. In terms of both team building and new awareness, we can see the difference in the company: in the break room, people talk about how to sort waste, the missions, and the new habits they’ve adopted in their personal lives since starting this journey. What remains is greater knowledge, new ways of approaching small daily actions, and a great team spirit. Ultimately, we have achieved exactly what we were looking for in the company!
